Chuck Carbonaro, Principal & Founder of Carbonaro Architecture, received a Bachelor of Architecture from New York Institute of Technology and completed his Master of Architecture and Urban Design through Syracuse University in Florence Italy in 2004.

For over 20 years, Chuck has provided full-service architecture and design to clients in both Virginia and New York. His work was featured in Home & Design Magazine for a renovation in the Windsor Farms neighborhood in 2021. And in 2023 was nominated for a Golden Hammer Award for the renovation of a home in Mooreland Farms. Chuck’s broad range of architectural experience gives him the experience to design anything from single-family homes to multi-family residential buildings, restaurants, retail, & commercial projects.

Cheryl is Carbonaro Architecture’s trusted realtor and property expert. Licensed in 2018, and working Bradley Real Estate, Cheryl has a unique proficiency and passion for making a property endeavor enjoyable. And, with several years of CAD drafting under her belt, she is the essential fusion of architectural experience with Real Estate sales expertise.
